Guided meditation classes in Lisbon’s parks and wellness studios. For beginners and experienced practitioners looking for community alike. All levels welcome! [Updated dates to be announced.]

Regular classes are offered on selected Thursdays at 14.00-14.30 at Avila Spaces Atrium in Lisbon especially for Avila Spaces members and Croissant App users. Please sign up while logged into your Avila membership or at the front desk!

MBSR Course
Learn life-long tools to improve your mental well-being & emotional resilience with the 8-week evidence-based and renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. The course is available both in-person in Lisbon as well a online both in group and 1:1 options to allow you to have access regardless of location.

Free MBSR Taster & Info Session
Join a FREE 75 minute online intro class to explore mindfulness and what it can do for you, your well-being, and your relationship to stress. This class is held online via Zoom and is a prerequisite for anyone considering the full 8-week MBSR course.
