Weekly live classes on Wednesdays at 18.00-20.30 WEST / 19.00-21.30 CEST + an intensive practice day on Saturday, July 3 at 09.00-15.00 WEST / 10.00-16.00 CEST
Attending a Taster & Info Session class is a prerequisite for joining the full MBSR course and there will be time at the end to ask questions and learn about the sign-up process.
